Samir Mane, Founder and President of BALFIN Group and Founder of MANE Foundation, has been presented with the “Excellence in Philanthropy” Award by World Vision Albania, recognizing more than a decade of partnership dedicated to supporting vulnerable children, families, and communities across Albania.

The award recognizes the collaboration between BALFIN Group, MANE Foundation, and World Vision Albania, which over the past decade has contributed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families through long-term initiatives and community support.

Over the years, BALFIN Group’s contribution has helped support programs benefiting children with disabilities, families in need, and other vulnerable groups across Albania, while also encouraging customers to take part in charitable initiatives. Today, this commitment continues through MANE Foundation, which leads the Group’s long-term philanthropic efforts.

According to World Vision Albania, the partnership has reached more than 700 children and over 3,800 adults, combining financial support, in-kind contributions, and community initiatives with a total contribution of approximately USD 200,000 over the past decade.

During the ceremony, Eljona Elmazi, National Director of World Vision Albania, welcomed the guests and reflected on the long-standing partnership between the organizations. Enkelejda Mitro shared stories from the field that illustrated the impact of the joint initiatives, followed by testimonies from volunteers who had participated in delivering assistance to families through the partnership. Guests also watched an emotional story from the Tungjatjeta program, highlighting the human impact of the collaboration.

During the event, Samir Mane expressed his appreciation for the partnership with World Vision before receiving the “Excellence in Philanthropy” Award from Eljona Elmazi. He thanked World Vision for the recognition and all those who have contributed to the partnership over the years.

The award recognizes a decade of collaboration focused on creating lasting opportunities for vulnerable children and families. As MANE Foundation continues this commitment, the partnership with organizations such as World Vision remains an important part of delivering long-term, meaningful impact to communities across Albania.
