Mane Foundation continues to invest in initiatives that empower young people in their personal and professional development. In partnership with Junior Achievement of Albania (JAA), the Foundation supported this year’s edition of Leader for a Day, a program designed to equip students with practical insights into the world of work and leadership.

The initiative gives high school students the opportunity to shadow leaders from public institutions and private companies, allowing them to experience first-hand how decisions are made, teams are managed, and organizations operate on a daily basis.

This year, Mane Foundation and companies of BALFIN Group welcomed some of the 97 participating students, offering them the chance to engage directly with professionals, gain valuable knowledge, and receive advice that can help shape their future academic and career choices.
