Not to be missed: Seaside Painting exhibition at TEG inspired by Green Coast’s landscape

TEG has opened its doors to another activity in support of youth, art, and culture. Its premises have served as an exhibition for the paintings of eight students from the Academy of Arts, Tirana, which are the result of inspiration from the landscape of Green Coast, Palasë, to create a very special exhibition. Located right next to the green entrance of TEG, the exhibition gives all visitors the opportunity to see the fascinating landscape of the Ionian coast from the hands of young artists.

The students held a workshop near Galeria by TEG, the only shopping center on the Albanian Riviera, and while they were guided by professional painters and their professors, they chose the elements that inspired them to put on canvas through different painting techniques.

Dritan Nasi, lecturer at the University of Arts and organizer of the project, emphasizes that the exhibition reflects the beauty of the Albanian Riviera and aims to increase curiosity and interaction between TEG’s visitors and the paintings. “This exhibition is a direct inspiration from the Green Coast area and an opportunity to support young artists,” says Nasi, further emphasizing that their works symbolize this year’s great tourist season at Green Coast, where sandy and pebble beaches, as well as the variety of greenery, are a precious invitation to visit.

In line with initiatives to support young students, this exhibition is supported by the B4Students program, Mane Foundation and TEG, enabling a successful platform to promote the works of talented students of the Academy of Arts. The Seaside Painting works will be on display throughout the month of August at TEG. They can be purchased directly from the artists by scanning the QR code next to each painting. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to explore and support the art of the youth!
